I couldn’t resist making this pie for dinner on New Year’s Eve
I hope you all had a splendid Christmas Feast.
Breakfast for TB…my breakfast had no bacon or egg
I made this up as I went along.
Onions, mushrooms, chopped hazelnuts, garlic, quinoa, parsley fried together then baked in puff pastry.
I cut back on the usual amount of vegetables (most of my meals involve seven or more different ones)
and in a totally non-traditional way we were able to move after dinner.
This is a pie thing I made last week.
It’s full of chestnuts, mushrooms, leeks, cranberries and was a trial run for Christmas dinner
but come Christmas morning I didn’t fancy it again.
